Welcome to the NAMI Iowa 2023 Annual Conference! This year's event features exciting keynote speakers from national and Iowa stakeholders, as well as timely mental health issues presented in three track options. You can customize your conference experience to best suit your interests and needs.
Throughout the day, visit the Calm Zone (located just behind the registration area) to relax, engage in sensory and mindfulness activities, and learn more about therapy, peer support, and therapy dogs. The Calm Zone is hosted by Courageous Minds Counseling and therapy dogs are courtesy of Dog Training Elite - Des Moines.
