In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, NAMI Iowa will put on a dinner and live entertainment fundraiser dedicated to breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness. This event has been re-imagined and you have an opportunity to help us make it perfect. This inspiring evening features powerful storytelling and performances that center the lived experiences of individuals navigating mental health challenges. Proceeds from this event directly support our programs, advocacy, and support in the state-wide community.

Will I receive a ticket for the event?
You will not receive a physical or digital ticket for the event. Once you register, we will only need your name, or the name your ticket is listed under, to check-in.
If you have a table, or have a guest joining you and you haven’t provided the names of your guests, please email their first and last names to amanda@namiiowa.org. This will make check-in for your guests much faster!
What should I expect for attire?
Cocktail attire is encouraged.
Where can I park for the event?
There are two parking garages within walking distance of The Tea Room, one at 9th and Locust, and another at 9th and Mulberry St. Rates are $1 per hour (up to $10 per day) Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and free on Sundays. Garages accept credit and debit cards only.
Street parking is free after 9:00 p.m.
Can I purchase tickets or tables at the door?
Tickets and tables must be purchased in advance by May 15th. No tickets will be available at the door.
What time do doors open?
Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM and the Dinner begins at 6:45 PM.
